The agent that finds the gap and ships the fix

Monitoring tells you where you are missing. The Siftly Agent does something about it: it researches the question, plans the piece, writes it against your brand facts, validates it, and hands you a draft ready to publish. You watch every phase and can steer or stop at any one.

the run canvas

A run you can watch, not a black box

Every phase on one graph. Research, plan, write, validate: the run draws itself as a node graph while it works, with the inner passes under each phase. You always know which step is executing and what it has produced so far.

Pause at each phase, or let it run. In guided mode the agent stops at every phase boundary for you to approve, steer, or stop. In auto mode it runs straight through and hands off a draft. Same engine, different amount of your attention.

brand facts

Grounded in your facts, aimed at your gaps

It writes from what is true about you. The agent works from your brand facts and your voice, not from what a model happens to remember. Claims trace back to a source, so the draft says what your team would say.

The queue comes from your own citation data. Runs start where the evidence is: a question where competitors are cited and you are not, a topic you track with nothing published against it. The output goes back into the same measurement loop, so you can see whether it worked.

The Siftly Agent

What The Siftly Agent Does

The Siftly Agent is a content agent that turns a measured citation gap into a publishable draft: it researches the question, curates sources, plans the structure, writes against your brand facts, and validates the result before handing it to you. It is the half of generative engine optimization that monitoring alone never covers, which is doing something about what you measured.
The distinction that matters is supervision. The run is a visible graph of phases rather than a prompt box and a wait, so you can see what it is doing, read what each phase produced, and intervene while it still matters.
Why an agent and not a generator: a generator gives you text. An agent runs a process: it gathers evidence first, plans against that evidence, writes, then checks its own output before it hands anything over.

How it works

How A Run Works

Research

The agent gathers and curates sources for the question, researches how competitors answer it, and extracts the claims worth using. This is the phase that decides whether the piece has anything to say.

Plan

It turns the research into a structure: the questions the piece answers, in the order an engine can parse them. You can edit the plan before a word is written.

Write

Drafting, humanizing, and formatting run inside this phase, assembling the sections into a piece that reads like your team rather than like a model.

Validate

The draft is checked before you see it: claims against sources, brand facts against the copy, structure against the format the piece was planned in.

The Siftly Agent

What Keeps It Grounded

Brand facts

What is true about your product, as your team stated it

Voice

How your brand writes, applied at draft time

Sources

Curated first, so claims have somewhere to trace back to

Validation

A check on the output before it reaches you

A model with no facts of yours will invent plausible ones. Supplying the facts and the sources up front is what makes the difference between a draft you edit and a draft you rewrite.
You are still the editor: the agent hands you a draft, not a publication. Read it, cut what does not sound like you, and take responsibility for what goes out under your name.

Where Runs Come From

Starting pointWhat the agent is being asked to fix
A citation gapA question where competitors are cited as the source and you are not
A tracked prompt you missA question in your set where your mention rate is low or zero
A topic with no coverageA topic you track that nothing you have published answers
A page that gets crawled and skippedContent AI reads and passes over, which usually needs restructuring rather than more words
Because the brief comes from measurement, the result can be measured too: publish, watch the crawler arrive, and see whether the citations follow.

Getting started

Time to value, not time to configure

Minute 1

Pick the gap

Choose a prompt or topic where you are missing. The agent takes it as the run's brief, with your brand facts and voice attached.

Minutes 2 to 20

Watch the run

Research, plan, write, validate. In guided mode you approve or steer at each phase; in auto mode it runs through and hands you the draft at the end.

Same day

Publish and measure

Send the draft to your CMS, then watch crawler hits and citations on the new page. The loop closes where it started, in the measurement.

Questions

FAQ

It is a content agent that takes a measured citation gap and produces a publishable draft. It runs four phases: research, plan, write, and validate. The run is drawn as a graph you can watch, and in guided mode it pauses at every phase boundary so you can approve, steer, or stop it.
Both are available. Guided mode pauses at each phase for approval or a steering instruction. Auto mode runs straight through and hands the draft to the editor. The phases are identical either way; the difference is how much of your attention the run asks for.
It writes from your brand facts and your voice rather than from what a model remembers, and it curates sources during the research phase before anything is drafted. The validation phase then checks the draft against those inputs before you see it.
It lands in the editor, where you review and edit it, then publish to your CMS. Because the run started from a tracked question, the published page flows back into the same measurement: crawler hits first, then citations and mention rate.
A typical run completes in minutes rather than hours. Guided runs take as long as your reviews do, since the agent waits at each phase boundary for you.
